N~+离子注入板栗生物学效应研究
Effects of the Ion Implantation on Castanea mallissime BL
【摘要】 本文用不同能量和剂量的N+离子注入板栗的冬芽,对其嫁接成活率、叶片面积和新梢最大长度等生物学性状进行调查,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术进行酯酶和过氧化物同工酶电泳分析。结果表明:离子注入促进生长,提高了板栗的经济性状,引起酯酶和过氧化物酶在数量、种类和活性上的变化。通过综合比较,发现经30keV能量、20×1015ion cm2剂量处理的"蜜蜂球"和25keV能量、20×1015ion cm2剂量处理的"粘底板"各有一变异株,并将该剂量作为板栗品种改良的最佳注入剂量。
【Abstract】 Winter sprouts of Castanea mallissime BL were implanted separately by different energy and dose of N+ ion. The biological characteristics such as survival rate,leaves area,max-length of new branches were investigated and the esterase isozyme and peroxidase isozyme were analysized by PAGE. The results indicated that ion implantation could lead to growth improvement, photosynthesis improvement and the distinct of esterase isozyme and peroxidase isozyme in numbers,kinds and activities. After comprehensive comparison,each branch of Mifengqiu and Zhandiban implanted by 30keV energy, 20×1015 ion/cm2 dose and 25keV energy, 20×1015 ion/cm2 dose which varied greatly were discovered. The dose was taken as the optimum dose for the species improvement of Castanea mallissime BL.
