EMS诱变玉米突变体苗期生理生化特性研究

【摘要】 实验分别选取四种白色突变玉米白1、白2、白3、白4为材料,以诱变的非突变玉米为对照。分析了玉米的代谢特性和抗性。结果表明突变体的代谢及抗性没有非突变体强,但我们也发现,在四种白色突变体中,白2表现突出。白2幼苗根系活力,叶绿素含量,POD、SOD活性,脯氨酸含量均比对照高,而MDA含量比对照低,说明在四种突变体玉米中白2苗期表现出对环境的适应能力提高,且抗性增强。

【Abstract】 This article analyzed maize physiological metabolism and resistance characters.Mutation maize material white1,white2, white 3,white4 and non-mutation maize that induced by EMS were used.The result showed that non-mutation maize have better properties than mutation maize in physiological metabolism and resistance characters.But we also found that white2 showed higher level than non-mutation maize in the root system livingness,the content of chlorophyll in leaves,activity of POD and SOD also the content of proline,The content of MDA lower than non-mutation maize.Of all the four maize materials,white 2 presents stronger ability of acclimatization and better resistance character.
