影响金刚石锯切工具性能的主要因素分析
EFFECT ON THE PERFORMANCESOF DIAMOND SAW BLADES
【摘要】 影响金刚石锯切工具性能的主要因素包括 :配方设计、刀头形状及结构、金刚石的粒度及浓度、工艺过程、锯片基体、刀头与基体焊接工艺及现场使用等方面的因素。本文对国内外金刚石锯切工具的制造技术进行了综合分析。分析结果表明 ,采用镀覆的金刚石以及在基体中加入少量的碳化物形成元素、稀土元素 ,可以改善基体金属对金刚石的润湿性 ,增强基体对金刚石的把持力。
【Abstract】 The key factors that affect the performance of the diamond tools were investigated, including matrix composition, segment shape and structure, diamond grit size and concentration, technique process, saw core selecting, welding technology, cutting parameter and so on. The analysis on many cases show that the wettability and bonding strength between diamond and matrix can be improved by using coated diamond, adding active metals such as Ti, Cr and rare earth elements into matrix, in which appropriate layered segment outline and structure allow obvious increase of cutting efficiency.
