【摘要】 研究并开发出非接触式激光数字化采集加工系统 ,实现了数控仿形加工中的非接触测量。该系统不仅降低了对仿形模型材料刚度的限制 ,而且解决了接触式测头与被测表面曲率干涉问题 ,提高了数控仿形机床对复杂模具的加工能力。

【Abstract】 In this paper,a laser digitizing and machining system is studied and designed.This system realizes the non-contact measurement in NC copying machine.It can not only relax restriction on copying model material and stiffness,but also effectively solve the interference of contact detector with large curvature surface.At the same time,the system improves the ability that NC copying machine processes the complicated model.
