Cr∶YAG被动调Q腔外倍频473nm蓝光激光器
Cr∶YAG Passively Q-switched and Extra Cavity Double Frequency at 473nm Laser
【摘要】 通过对Cr∶YAG被动调Q腔外倍频 4 73nm蓝光全固态激光器的优化设计 ,合理的选择了激光晶体 ,调Q晶体 ,谐振腔长 ,最佳聚焦光斑 ,在泵浦功率为 1.2W的情况下 ,获得了16 0mW的 94 6nm连续红外输出 ,Cr∶YAG被动调Q输出平均功率为 70mW ,峰值功率为 2 0 0W ,用LBO腔外倍频获得了 1.5mW的 4 73nm蓝光脉冲输出 ,转换效率为 2 .2 %。达到国内同等条件下的最好水平
【Abstract】 In this paper,through optimum design to passively Q-switched by Cr∶YAG at 946nm,we choice the gain crystal,Q-switched crystal,length of the cavity and optimum focusing.With 1.2W incident pump power,we get 946nm continuous infrared output power as high as 160mW,average power 70mW at passively Q-switched,the peak-power up to 200W.By extra cavity frequency doubling,an output power of 1.5mW at 473nm was generated.The efficiency of optic-optic is 2.2%,and this is highest power in the same condition in China.
