一种新型DVD小机芯主光轴倾角动态调整方法
Dynamical Adjust Principle and Realization of Optical Axis Tilt Angle of DVD Traverse
【摘要】 DVD小机芯物镜出射光主光轴与盘片在切向和径向的倾角是DVD小机芯开发、生产和检测的两个重要参数。为了克服常规采用准直仪静态调整的缺陷,本文提出了分别基于径向脉冲宽度和切向反射光斑偏移两种新型倾角动态调整方法,推导了倾角调整公式,探讨了动态调整原理的工程化实现方法。
【Abstract】 The radial and tangential tilt angles between the emission laser axis of objective lens and test disc are the key parameters to develop,produce and detect the DVD traverses. To overcome the defects of static adjust through collimator,2 new dynamical adjusting methods of tilt angle such as pulse width for radial and laser spot offset control for tangentia are proposd. The theoretical adjusting formula of tilt angle is deduced,and the engineering realization method is discused based on this dynamical adjusting principle.
