抑制全固态绿光激光器噪声的方法
Methods for Suppressing Noise of All-solid-state Green Lasers
【摘要】 全固态绿光激光器存在"绿光噪声"问题,限制了它的应用。本文详细分析了"绿光噪声"的产生机理,介绍了抑制"绿光噪声"的单纵模法、长腔倍频法、正交偏振模法和外腔谐振倍频法等的原理和器件结构。
【Abstract】 Green problem"exists in all-solid-state green lasers and limits their applications.The mechanism of "green problem"is analysed,and methods for solving"green problem"are described in detail.These methods include single-mode operation,long-cavity frequency-doubling,orthogonal-polarized-mode operation and frequency-doubling with an external resonator.
