凝胶注模成形的研究现状与前景展望
Research Development and Prospect on Gelcasting
【摘要】 介绍了一种新的成形工艺———凝胶注模成形的原理、工艺过程、研究现状与应用于粉末冶金的可行性及前景。凝胶注模成形是一种新的陶瓷成形工艺 ,是一种近净尺寸成形技术 ,具有可成形各种复杂形状和尺寸的零件 ;成形坯体组分均匀、密度均匀、缺陷少 ;凝固定型时间较短且可控 ;对模具无特殊要求 ;坯体强度较高 ,并可对其进行机加工 ;烧结体可保持成形时的形状和尺寸比例等优点。实验验证了该成形工艺可望在粉末冶金领域得到广泛应用。
【Abstract】 In this paper a new forming gelcasting technique was introduced.The mechanism, process, feasibility and the foreground in powder metallurgy are discussed. It is a suitable technique for the fabrication of near net shape prototypes using cheap moulds. The process is generic and has been used for a wide range of ceramic powders. Gelcasting of metal powders have hardly been found. This process has many advantages such as suitable for parts with complex shape, homogeneous density, less defects, short molding time, simple moulds, high green strength and so on. According to the experiment it is believed that gelcasting will become a new method in the powder metallic field.
