反应合成AgSnO2电接触材料烧结坯的显微组织分析
Microstructure Analysis of AgSnO2 Electric Contact Materials Sintered Bulk by Reactive Synthesis
【摘要】 研究了粉末冶金法和反应合成法制备的银氧化锡(AgSnO2)复合材料烧结坯在组织上的区别。两种方法制备的AgSnO2 复合材料 ,随着SnO2 含量的增加 ,材料组织的均匀性呈下降趋势。而相同成分的材料 ,反应合成法制备的AgSnO2 复合材料的烧结坯的组织更均匀且呈网状分布 ,粉末冶金法制备的AgSnO2复合材料的烧结坯的组织结构杂乱 ,氧化锡团聚严重。反应合成法有可能成为高性能AgSnO2 电接触材料制备的新技术和新工艺
【Abstract】 The differences of sintered bulk in the microstructure for silver tin oxide(AgSnO2) fabricated in both conentional powder metallurgy and reactive synthesis had been studied in present paper.The results had shown that with the increase of SnO2 content, the symmetrical microstructure tends to be badly especially for the conventional powder metallurgy,for that unorderly distribution. The sintered bulk by reactive synthesis appeared net like microstructure,it convient for next work to the AgSnO2 wire, so the process has a potential to fabricated the AgSnO2 electrical contact materials with the better features.
