【Abstract】 Because of its high scattering intensity,the good directionality,and the weak background noise,coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering(CARS)has become a powerful method for molecule analysis.The CARS microscope can receive more information of the sample by the spectral analysis of the samples and the functional imaging.The theoretical results,the different layouts,and the applications of CARS microscopy in biology are presented.更多还原
