【摘要】 目的　对藏药蕨麻主要化学成分蕨麻苷进行结构鉴定。方法　采用大孔吸附树脂和硅胶柱层析及HPLC技术进行分离纯化 ,利用化学反应和光谱手段 ,特别是一维和二维超导核磁共振技术 ,鉴定化合物的结构。结果　鉴定结果化合物 Ⅱ的结构为 2α,3β ,19β 三羟基 12 烯 乌苏烷 2 8 羧酸 2 8 O β D 吡喃半乳糖苷 ,命名为蕨麻苷 (potentillaanserinagalactoside)。 结论　该化合物为一新化合物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To study the structure of a compound isolated from the rhizome of Potentilla anserina L.Methods The compound was isolated and purified by the technique of macroporous resin,silica gel and HPLC,respectively.The structure of this compound was identified by chemical and spectroscopic means,especially 1D and 2D NMR.Results A new ursane-type triterpenoid saponin,named potentilla anserina galactoside was isolated.Its structure was elucidated as 2α,3β,19β-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid-28-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl ester.Conclusion It was a new compound.更多还原
