【摘要】 目的　分析SARS抗病毒治疗对糖皮质激素使用情况的影响 ,为制定SARS抗病毒治疗方案提供参考。方法　采用临床流行病学回顾研究 ,使用SPSS11.0软件统计我院SARS患者的住院病历 ,分析抗病毒治疗对糖皮质激素使用情况、疗程和用量的影响。结果　本文研究发现 ,各组使用糖皮质激素的比例相近 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,抗病毒治疗可减少糖皮质激素的疗程 (P <0 .0 1)和用量 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　SARS的抗病毒治疗有效 ,并可减少糖皮质激素使用的时间和用量更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To analysis the influence of SARS anti-virus therapy on the effects of the cortisone treatment and to supply the reference for SARS anti-virus treatment projects.Methods Based on the principle of Clinical Epidemicology review,the influence of SARS anti-virus therapy on the effects of the cortisone treatment according to SARS patients’ case were analysed using SPSS 11.0 software.Results SARS anti-virus therapy could decrease the period of treatment (P<0.01) and the quantity of cortisone(P<0.01).Conclusion SARS anti-virus therapy can decrease the period of treatment and the quantity of cortisone.更多还原
