花灵香云胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的调节及对肿瘤的抑制作用

【摘要】 目的 观察花灵、香云胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的调节及对肿瘤的抑制作用。方法  (1)采用小鼠迟发性变态反应试验 ,观察花灵、香云胶囊对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。 (2 )对胸腺、脾脏 (免疫器官 )重量的影响。 (3)小鼠肉瘤 (S180 )瘤株造模 ,分别观察对小鼠抑瘤率及香云胶囊合用放、化疗的效果。结果 花灵、香云胶囊显著提高小鼠耳肿胀度。显著增加胸腺、脾脏的重量 ,抑瘤率分别为 13%、2 8%、11%、5 2 %。结论 花灵胶囊、香云胶囊均有显著提高小鼠的细胞免疫功能 ,从而 ,均有抗肿瘤作用 ;香云胶囊与化疗药物合用 ,也有类似作用

【Abstract】 Aim To study the regulatory effects of Hualing Jiaonang and Xiangyun Jiaonang on immune functions and tumour inhibition in mice.Methods The effects of Hualing Jiaonang and Xiangyun Jiaonang on immune regulation were evaluated by conducting late allergy test and weighing immune organs (chest gland and spleen).The effects of Hualing Jiaonang and Xiangyun Jiaonang on tumor inhibition were investigated by weighing tumor in S 180 loading-tumor model mice.Results Hualing Jiaonang and Xiangyun Jiaonang can significantly increase mouse ear swelling degree and the weight of chest gland and spleen.Under 0.5 and 2.0g·kg -1,the antitumor rate of Hualing Jiaonang were 13% and 28% respectively.Under 1.0 and 4.0g·kg -1,the antitumor rate of Xiangyun Jiaonang were 11% and 52% respectively.Conclusion Both Hualing Jiaonang and Xiangyun Jiaonang can significantly increase mouse cell immune function and have antitumor effect in S 180 loading-tumor model mice.
