【摘要】 目的　探讨神阙穴中药敷贴治疗肝炎肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法　将 10 0例肝炎肝硬化腹水患者随机分为实验组和对照组 ,实验组应用基础治疗及护理加中药穴位贴敷 ,对照组用基础治疗及护理。结果　实验组的临床疗效显著优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　神阙穴中药贴敷有一定的消退肝炎肝硬化腹水的作用 ,而在保证其治疗能否发挥最大效应上 ,护理非常关键更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the curative effect of Shenqque point spreading with Chinese traditional medicine for hepatitis cirrhotic ascites.Methods 100 hospitalized patients with hepatitis cirrhotic ascites were equally randomized into two groups:(the study group receiving Shenqque point spreading with Chinese traditional medicine)and the control group receiving the routine therapy plus nursing. After treatment, the outcomes were compared.Results The overall curative effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqque point spreading with Chinese traditional medicine has definite curative effects of lessening ascites in hepatitis cirrhotic ascites,where nursing also plays an very important role.更多还原
