【摘要】 目的　调查慢性乙型肝炎患者家属对该疾病知识的了解情况 ,确定宣教的重点对象及内容。方法　采用自行设计问卷的方法 ,对住院治疗的 88例患者的家属进行调查。结果　慢乙型肝炎患者家属对疾病的认识程度与住院次数及文化程度有关 ;慢乙型肝炎患者家属对疾病知识了解局限。结论　护士对患者家属的健康教育意识需增强 ;健康教育重点对象应为首次住院及受教育程度低的患者家属 ;教育应增加乙型肝炎预防知识及道德教育的内容更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate health knowledge in family members of chronic HBV patients so as to define the target and content of health education.Methods 88 family members of HBV in-patients were inquired by means of self-designed questionnaire.Results Knowledge of HBV family members about the disease was limited, and was related to the number of hospital stays and educational background.Conclusions Nurses’ consciousness of health education needs to be reinforced.Health education should be mainly directed to family members of HBV patients who are first hospitalized and whose education is relatively low.Health education should include knowledge about prevention of hepatitis B and moral education.更多还原
