【摘要】 针对地区电网存在的线路多、分布广、支接线多等特点,提出了一种图形界面和数据库后台相结合的地区电网继电保护整定计算系统,并开发出基于ObjectPascal,ODBC,SQLServer的应用软件,具有元件参数计算、单个元件整定或以变电站为单位自动整定、自动生成整定计算书等功能,有效地减少了继电保护工作人员在保护整定时所需的繁重的工作量。该文介绍了该系统的构成、功能设计、数据库设计和系统的应用情况,并对系统的进一步完善和发展进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 A graphic interface for local power grid of protection setting which takes database as its core is introduced and software based on Object Pascal, ODBC, and SQL Server is developed. This system has powerful functions such as calculating parameters of component automatedly, and calculating relay setting through out a transformer substation, which can simplify the working procedure effectively. The structure, functions, and design of the system are introduced and its further improvement and development are discussed.更多还原
