【Abstract】 The paper puts forward a project of realizing the SCADA system of terminal transformer substation(tower) in rural power network to the practical situation in our country. It details the concrete ways of communications that RTU and the primary station Server are connected by PSTN with MODEM, and its programming realization is under the Windows. Finally, a brief introduction about the Internet communication between the primary station and client with ASP technology is presented.更多还原
