【摘要】 无功功率服务是电力市场辅助服务的一个重要组成部分,而发电厂的无功电价又是整个无功市场定价的基础。该文对发电厂的无功生产成本进行了探讨,首次提出将发电厂无功电价划分为无功容量电价和电量电价,概念清晰,易于计算。研究表明发电厂的无功服务应得到一定的经济补偿,使其自觉地维持电力系统的安全和稳定运行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reactive power service is a key part of power market auxiliary service, and reactive power price in the generation side is the basis of the pricing of reactive power market. In this paper, reactive power generation costs are discussed, which are decomposed into two parts: reactive capacity price and reactive power production price. The conceptions are clear and the calculations are convenient. Research results show that with a reasonable economic compensation, power plants will act to maintain security and stability of the system on their own initiative.更多还原
