【Abstract】 The teaching of students’language and character in normal collages directly affects the whole level of the language of the society .The questionnaire to Chinese Department majors in Jindongnan Teachers’ Collage shows:the idea of profesional language has been implanted in the main,the level of putonghua and Chinese characters are comparaively high;however,here still exists an obvious problems in masterign the bsstic knowledge and skills and in the idea of linguistic learning.Taking into all consideration the condition of language and character teaching in normal collages,the paper will expound the point on how to inprove the teachign concept and teaching method.It will bring forward the ideas of breeding academic consciousness,raising academic level,increasing information ,developing comparative consciousness, cultivating students’abilities through different channels,seeing deep into the Chinese culture,and the new methods of turning complexity into simplicity,boredom into freshness,and obsolescence into orginality.更多还原
