燃料电池汽车PTCM硬件在环仿真系统开发
The Development of HILSS of FCEV’s PTCM
【摘要】 一种燃料电池汽车PTCM硬件在环仿真系统以PC机作为宿主计算机,建立了燃料电池汽车各部件的仿真模型,并采用LabVIEW编制了友好的图形化仿真和监测平台。系统中各控制器与PC机通过CAN总线构成网络。试验表明,利用该系统可进行FCEV性能仿真、PTCM及动力系统中其它子系统控制器的软硬件测试、控制策略研究,并对各种各子系统进行极限条件测试。
【Abstract】 This paper develops a HIL simulation system which is used to test the PTCM of FCEV. This system, which uses PC as the host computer, builds the simulation models of FCEV’s components and a friendly graphical simulation and monitoring platform by LabVIEW. In this system, PTCM can communicate with PC through CAN. Experiment shows that this system can be used to simulate the performance of FCEV, test the software and hardware of PTCM and other subsystems of powertrain, study the control strategy and test all the subsystems in different extreme conditions.
