基于μC/OSⅡ的小型开放式数控系统研究
The Study on mini-ONC system based on μC/OS-Ⅱ
【摘要】 在构建的开放式数控系统中,把μC/OSⅡ实时操作系统移植到MCS51上,在其内核上创建自己的任务,开发出实时运动控制系统。在软件设计中,采用了类的封装和继承技术。对系统将来的改进方向提出一些建议。将该系统用在模拟加工平台上,验证了系统的可行性。
【Abstract】 In the system, the RTOS μC/OS-Ⅱwas transplanted on the MCS-51 system, then we developed our tasks on the core of μC/OS-Ⅱ to design the system. In software design, the using of encapsulation and inheritance of class improved the flexibility of system. We also gave some reasonable advice for the further development of the system. An example of CNC system is provided to test its availability.
