一种新型PID算法在液压实验台中的应用
A New PID Algorithm Applied to Hydraulic Platform
【摘要】 针对液压实验平台的控制系统现场扰动复杂、动态性能要求高的特点,实现了一种新型的基于积分饱和处理PID算法。通过实验表明,应用新型PID算法的控制系统实现了良好的控制性能,保证了液压系统的控制精度和动态性能。
【Abstract】 A new PID algorithm based on integrator saturation method is presented and realized in order to meet the high dynamic performance and reduce the complicated disturbance for hydraulic system platform. The series of experiments have shown that higher control accuracy and better dynamics has been attained as a result of the application of the algorithm than before.
