交流电动机矢量控制的DSP实现
Realization of AC Motor Vector Control Based on DSP
【摘要】 变频减速一体机是将变频模块、变频电机和减速机有机集成一体的重要传动控制单元。其技术核心就是变频控制模块。该文结合矢量控制算法、PWM控制技术、智能功率模块和数字信号处理器件,实现一个基于DSP和IPM的矢量控制变频调速系统。对系统的工作原理、硬件和软件进行了分析和研究。测试结果表明,系统具有良好的动、静态性能。
【Abstract】 An integrating device of variable frequency and speed-down is an important driving and control unit which combines a variable frequency module, a variable frequency motor and a retarder. Its technical core is the variable frequency control module developed in this paper. The paper realized a variable frequency and adjusting speed system controled by vector based DSP and IPM. The operating priciple, hardware and software of the system are analyzed and studied. The testing results proved that it had good dynamic and static performance.
