【Abstract】 This paper introduces a general method of cooperative programming way to develop Expert System and its superiority. The realization technology and step of how to call the Dynamic Link Library which is VC⁺⁺ format in C⁺⁺Builder is discussed in detail. Using the modified CLIPS Dynamic Link Library which can be used by C⁺⁺Builder, the method realizes the operation of CLIPS in C⁺⁺Builder application program to accomplish the Expert System’s inference of facts and return the results to C++Builder application program.
