电动执行器虚拟设计方法的研究
Study on Electronic Actuator in Virtual Design
【摘要】 对机械产品虚拟设计技术进行了分析,探索了虚拟设计中产品的建模技术和虚拟装配技术。构建了电动执行器零部件的三维模型;采用数据库技术和UG二次开发工具UG/OpenAPI建立常用的标准件库;实现了电动执行器三维虚拟设计、装配,并对装配模型作干涉检查。从而实现了电动执行器快速的虚拟设计。
【Abstract】 This paper has analyzed virtual design peculiarity for machinery manufacture and research the modeling and virtual assembly technology of machinery products.3-D models of electronic actuator products were set up.By way of database technology, as well as second development tool UG/Open API, standard parts library is established.The virtual design and assembly of modular electronic actuator is realized based on it, and assembly parts is detected by interference.It can achieve rapid virtual design for electronic actuator products.
