基于DFx技术的并行工程设计与应用
Concurrent Engineering Designing and Using Based on DFx Technology
【摘要】 DFx是并行工程中的关键使能技术,其中x可以代表生产生命周期中的各种因素,如制造、装配等,DFA的主要作用是:制定装配工艺规划,考虑装拆的可行性。DFM是一种设计方法,其主要思想是在产品设计时不但要考虑功能和性能要求,而且要同时考虑制造的可行性、高效性和经济性,即产品的可制造性。本文据此结合实际情况,实现了一个由非接触测温仪构成的机电集成系统。
【Abstract】 DFx is the key technology in the concurrent engineering ,in which X is the representation of various facts in the production life cycle, such as :planning, assembling and so on . Main function of DFA is planning to the assembling technology , considering the feasibility of fixing -dismantling .DFM is a design method ,it’s main thought is not only considering functions and properties, but also feasibility, efficiency and economy of making ,as it is the productive making possibility .According to the practical situation ,this paper realized an integrated mechanical electronic system made up of noncontact thermometer.
