【Abstract】 According to the characteristic of model of the multi-variety and small batch, an evaluating method based on the entropy concept is proposed. According to the experiential evaluating parameter of the small batch order, a decision-making model of order is established, and then each order’s integrated measured value is obtained, thus the excellent decision-making project can be gained.
