Through a Petri Network system model based on logic control of a FMS cell controller is established, change conditions of every element states are analyzed , logic functions are listed and the time sequence is contemplated, the Andand Orrelations of elements in logic functions correspond to serial and parallel connections in PLC ladders . The Petri Network model is direct converted into PLC Control program.
