滚珠丝杠副支承方式的力学模型及对加工精度的影响
The Mechanics Model and its Influence on Machining Precision for the Supporting Pattern of Ball Screw Pair
【摘要】 本文简述了滚珠丝杠副的支承方式 ,分析了它们在自重作用下的力学模型 ,并推导出它们在不同支承方式下的变形量的数学表达式即弯曲曲线方程 ;同时在加工精密工件时 ,就自重原因引起丝杠弯曲导致的加工工件的误差进行了分析。
【Abstract】 The supporting pattern of the ball screw pair w as discussed,and the mechanical model under the gravity force was analyzed.With th ese models,the mathematical expressions of the deformation quantity were calcula ted and the deflection curve equation was gotten.At the same time the processing error of the workpiece caused by the bending of the ball screw for the gravity force was analyzed when the workpiece is accurately processed.
