腈纶丝生产中的包装带自动热合机的研制
The Development of an Automatic Heat-conglutinating Machine for Polypropylene Packing Belt in Acrylic Fibers Production
【摘要】 本文在工艺参数的基础上 ,确定了加热机构和挤压机构的关键技术参数。为了提高生产效率 ,本文提出了双边四热合机构的系统设计思想 ,使自动热合机与前道工序的挤出机匹配而形成自动生产线。本文还介绍了该机的机械系统组成和工作流程 ,并对控制系统的软件和硬件作了说明。该自动热合机具有成本低、智能化高和条带热合后抗拉强度高等优点。
【Abstract】 Based on the technologic parameters,the key tec hn ical parameters of heat and extrusion mechanisms were designed.To raise producti vity,the two working lines with four heat-conglutinating mechanisms were put tog ether so that the automatic heat-conglutinating machine can match the extruder o f the former procedure to form an automatic product line.The makeup and work flo w of the mechanical system and the software and hardware of the control system w ere also described.The automatic heat-conglutinating machine is low cost, high p roductivity and full computer controlled,as well as can produce high tensile str ength belts.
