高速角接触球轴承发热及其影响因素
The Heat Generated by High Speed Angular Contact Ball Bearings and its Influence Factors
【摘要】 为了提高高速主轴单元的热态特性 ,从理论上分析了高速角接触球轴承的受力 ,计算了滚珠与滚道的接触负荷 ,在此基础上 ,计算轴承的摩擦发热 ,编写了高速角接触球轴承发热的计算机程序 ,对高速角接触球轴承实例进行了验证计算并就轴承主要参数对发热的影响进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the thermal properties of h ig h-speed spindle unit,the force imposed on the angular contact ball bearing was a nalyzed,the contact load between balls and races and the heat generated by beari ng’s friction were calculated.Then,a computer program to calculate the bearing’s heat was developed.A practical bearing’ s heat was calculated to validate the program.In the end,the bearing’ s main parameters that influence the generated heat were discussed.
