基于平面曲率提取产品特征线的散乱数据建模
Modeling of Discrete Data Based on Characteristic Curves Extracted by Curvature
【摘要】 提出了一种基于平面曲率从散乱数据中提取特征线的方法 ,它包括三个主要步骤 :首先对散乱数据截取平面点云 ,利用平面曲率法提取特征点 ;然后 ,把取得的特征点作为NURBS曲线的节点 ,求出NURBS曲线 ,用能量法光顺 ,生成产品特征线 ;最后 ,利用生成的特征线分割测量数据 ,然后分块拟合。该方法把复杂的三维散乱数据的产品特征线提取问题变为简单的二维计算 ,降低了运算复杂度
【Abstract】 A method based on curvature to extract characteristic curves from discrete data was presented.It included three main steps: Firstly, planar clouds was created from discrete data with planes parallel to a specified direction, then characteristic points were extracted in curvature way; Secondly, characteristic curves were created into NURBS with the extracted characteristic points as node, then the NURBS was faired with energy method; Finally, the discrete data was segmented into single characteristic patches according to the characteristic curves and surface models reconstructed for every region.This method simplifies the extraction of product characteristic curves from complex 3-dimension measuring data.
