BXG型矫直机支承件刚度的有限元设计计算
The Finite Element Design Calculation of the Support Part Rigidity of the BXG Type Straightening Machine
【摘要】 对BXG型矫直机支承件进行了受力分析和结构设计 ,采用ANSYS软件对箱体型支承件的变形位移进行了有限元分析 ,为滚筒式矫直机支承件的刚度设计提供了一种很好的数值计算方法。
【Abstract】 The forcing was analyzed and the construction was designed for the support part of the BXG type straightening machine,The deformation displacement of the boxlike support part was analyzed on finite element by using ANSYS software.A kind of fine numerical calculation method was provided for the support rigidity of the roll straightening machine.
