外倒锥齿的锥度量棒设计原理与MATLAB程序开发
The Designing Principle of Tapered Pins for Outer Reverse Tapered Teeth and Development of MATLAB Programming
【摘要】 针对倒锥齿的特点进行分析 ,运用量球测量法中跨球距M值的计算原理及公式 ,求得相应的锥度量棒的计算式 ,并在此基础上基于MATLAB开发了锥度量棒设计的计算程序 ,并给出了应用实例。
【Abstract】 By analyzing the characteristics of outer reve rs e tapered teeth and basing on the principle and formula to calculate the M value of the span of measuring balls in measuring ball method, calculation formulatio n of tapered pins was introduced. A computing program for tapered pins was devel oped on the basis of MATLAB, and an application example was presented.
