三维接触问题的液压扭矩扳手的数值分析与研究

【摘要】 运用三维非线性有限元分析方法 ,考虑了部件间的接触问题 ,分析了液压扳手的三维应力和应变 ,得到了应力应变精确的数值解 ,发现该产品应力应变分布不均匀 ,找出了有严重应力集中和材料冗余的区域 ,并且讨论了扳手在不同工况下的应力情况 ,可以为我国液压扳手的自主设计和结构优化提供依据

【Abstract】 Considering the contact between components, the stress and strain distributions of the hydraulic torque wrench were analyzed with the three-dimensional nonlinear finite element method. The numerical results of stress and strain distributions were given. It is found that the distributions of stress and strain are not even. The areas of stress concentration were found where the stress level seems to be high and may cause some strength problems. Other areas with low stress are also obtained and the materials can be reduced or optimized.Moreover, the stress subjcted to any posible condition are obtained and discussed comprehensively.
