鞋楦设计制造的现状和对策

【摘要】 本文在回顾制楦工艺发展过程的基础上 ,指出我国制鞋业落后的主要原因之一在于大多数制鞋企业还是采用手工制作样楦和简单的拷模加工方式 ,不仅成本高、周期长、而且质量差。提高鞋楦制造工艺水平是我国制鞋业当务之急 !具体对策有以下几点 :尽快修订我国鞋楦标准、研制有自主知识产权的数控刻楦机、开发计算机辅助鞋楦设计系统、大胆引进人才促进行业的进步、博采众家之长。我们要赶超鞋业强国必须花大力气抓好投资少、见效快的数控刻楦机和鞋楦CAD/CAM系统的研制

【Abstract】 Based on reviewing the development of designing and making for shoe-last, one of the reasons why the footwear industry fall behind is Pointed out. Most of the machines used to make shoe-lasts are simply mechanical copiers and the shoe-last is designed by handcraft. This process brings shoe-last with not only higher cost and longer cycle but also lower quality. It’s really high time we took measures to improve the quality of shoe-last. Some effective measures are presented in this paper. The criteria of shoe-last must be revised at once. The CNC shoe-last machine tool and CAD system specialized for shoe-last making should be developed in our country. Talents should be introduced into the footwear industry. The advance technology should be imbibed. Developing shoe-last machine tool and CAD/CAM system for shoe-last is an efficient measure.
