基于PLC的拉弯机控制系统设计
Design of Control System of CNC Stretch-wrap Former Based on PLC
【摘要】 在分析拉弯机成形特点基础上 ,本文提出了数控拉弯机的必备功能 ,作者设计了一套分布式的计算机控制系统 ,由一台工业控制机和两台可编程序控制器PLC组成 ,实现了对数控拉弯机的智能控制。文中详细介绍了控制系统硬件配置和软件设计 ,着重分析了编程软件和通信程序控制系统具有功能完善 ,智能化程度高 ,操作方便 ,可扩展性好 ,模块化强 ,可移植性好 ,网络通信可靠以及性价比较高等特点。应用于 80 0kN数控拉弯机 ,取得满意效果
【Abstract】 The necessary functions of stretch-wrap former is presented based on the analysis of stretch-wrap characteristics of materials. A distributed computer numerical control system is designed which consists of an industrial control computer and two programmable logic controllers (PLC),the hardware disposition and the software design of the system are discussed,and the programming software and the communication program are analyzed in detail.At last,the CNC system is successfully used in 800kN stretch-wrap former.
