GABA抑制hCG诱发大鼠卵巢黄体细胞孕酮生成
GABA inhibits progesterone production induced by hCG in luteal cells of rat ovary
【摘要】 观察了中枢抑制性神经递质γ 氨基丁酸 (GABA)对人绒毛膜促性腺激素 (hCG)诱发大鼠卵巢黄体细胞孕酮的生成 ,及对羟自由基 (·OH)产生的影响。结果显示 :GABA抑制基础及hCG诱发黄体细胞孕酮的生成 ,同时发现黄体细胞羟自由基的生成增多。表明 :GABA抑制孕酮的生成可能与自由基有关 ,并可能通过cAMP PKA系统发挥作用 ,与GABA在中枢神经系统的作用机制不同
【Abstract】 To investigate the effect of GABA on progesterone production induced by hCG and hydroxyl radical level in luteal cells of rat ovary. The present study shows that GABA inhibits progesterone secretion and increases the amount of hydroxyl radical in cultured rat luteal cells. The inhibitory effect of GABA on progesterone production may be related to free radical and be mediated by cAMP-PKA system, which is different from the mechanism mediating the effect of GABA on central nervous system.
