【摘要】 综合安全评估 (FSA)方法是目前世界上获得广泛推广使用的一种船舶安全设计的工程技术方法。结合我国潜艇全寿期中的安全性设计 ,文章从潜艇设计和建造、潜艇服役和管理、潜艇相关规范的制定等方面说明了在潜艇安全性设计中采用FSA方法的必要性 ,介绍了FSA方法的特点、原理、评估方法和过程等 ,倡议将FSA的概念尽快引入到潜艇设计中。最后给出FSA方法在潜艇设计领域的适用范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Formal safety assessment(FSA)method is one of the shipping safety design technical engineerˉing methods and it is used widely in the whole world nowadays.Dealing with the safety full-cycle design of subˉmarine,the thesis intended to indicate the necessity of using FSA method in the safety design of submarine from three respects:(1)design and construction of submarine.(2)enlistment and management of submarine.(3)scheme of cannon concerning submarine.Moreover,the writer introduces characteristic,theory,assessment method and course of FSA.The writer also calls for exerting FSA concept to the design of the submarine as soon as possible.At the end of the thesis,it gives the exerting extent of FSA method in submarine design.更多还原
