【Abstract】 The creation of the knowledge in enterprise is a complete process, which consists of both self- transcendency of inside knowledge and absorption and transformation of external knowledge. Although SECI model of Nonaka gives a good explanation to the dynamic development of knowledge in enterprise, it ignores exteral environment. Therefore, this article puts forward a IDE-SECI model based on SECI model from the angle of classification and distribution of knowledge.
