【Abstract】 Having analysed the four phases of the transformaiton of enterprise knowledge management strategy, a four-phase model of the strategic change is put forward. The model is used to study how the two main powers, the inertia of current strategy and the pressure on the strategy, can influence the change of enterprise knowledge management strategy. A mathematical model is given. By using the computer simulation, the process of the change of enterprise knowledge management strategy was simulated. By means of statistics, we found that the main four factors, namely, the level of enterprise knowledge management, the width of the technological knowledge of enterprise, the initiatives of the enterprise and the dynamic feature of the environment greatly influence the enterprise knowledge management strategy.更多还原
