【Abstract】 The intension and extension of sub-contract management are expanded under market economy system. Sub-contract management becomes an important part in enterprise management. It includes not only labor sub-contract and professional sub-contract during production procedure, but also procurement and processing of raw materials, semi finished articles and finished products.
