【Abstract】 Post-project review learning is organizational learning through post-project review, is a systematic method to improve the capacity of project management. According to the problems existing in the present post-project review, this paper regards it important that engineering construction enterprise should pay more attention to post-project review learning, then briefly puts forwards the double-loop learning of post-project review and Capacity Maturity Modela model indicates how to assess the quality of learning, finally points out some problems which should be recognized in the process of learning.更多还原
