【摘要】 目的　调查银川市老年人群社区卫生服务需求 ,为开展社区卫生服务提供依据。方法　采用整群抽样方法 ,就银川市胜利街办事处辖区内 6 4 7例老年人进行入户问卷调查。结果　 6 4 7例老年人慢性病的患病率为 6 2 .4 % ,慢性病患病率最高的是高血压 ,占老年人群的 2 5 .8% ;老年人医疗费用以公费来源为主 ,35 .7% ;常就诊医院为市级医院 ,占 4 1.7% ,就诊主要原因为离家近、方便。影响疾病的主要因素有 :1体质指数 BMI:体质指数异常 ,患病率升高。 2职业因素 :离退休在家老人患病率高于工作老年人。有社区卫生服务需求意愿者占被调查老年人的 4 9% ;其中希望社区提供健康咨询卫生服务的占 5 6 .4 7% ;希望开展定期体格检查的老人占 18.6 %。结论　人口老龄化加速。社区卫生服务出现“实际需求高 ,主动利用少”的现象更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the demands of primary health care among the old crowd in Yinchuan, and to offer theoretic basis. Methods With stratified and cluster sampling, 647 old men were investigative at home. Results The chronic diseases prevalence of old-age was 62.4%, with the rate of hypertension being the highest (25.8%). The public medical care was the major source of medical expense among the old (35.7%). Most people (41.7%) usually went to the municipal hospital for its convenience. The main factor were: ①BMI,BMI index was abnormal, with the prevalence increased. ②occupational factor: the prevalence of retired person was higher than that of work person. About 49% of the old would like to accept the primary health care of community service, most people require more health consultation (56.47%) and more physical examination ( 18.6%). Conclusions With the rapid growth of aging population, the old become the major point the Primary Health Care of Community service. The requirement of the old increase rapidly, but most of them seldom utilize community health service.更多还原
