【摘要】 目的　探讨患有慢性认知功能缺损的老年人心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法　采用SCL - 90量表对 6 5例慢性认知功能缺损患者 (病例组 )和 1 30名健康老人 (对照组 )进行心理测试。用病例对照的研究方法 ,调查影响心理健康的因素。结果　病例组躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性症状等因子和阳性项目数明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。6 0岁以上人群的躯体化和抑郁等因子要高于 5 0～6 0岁常模。多因素分析结果表明 ,经历不良生活事件、身体健康状况和家庭经济状况影响老年人群的心理健康。结论　慢性认知功能缺损人群的心理健康状况较差 ,主要的影响因素是经历不良的生活事件更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the psychological healthy and influence factors in the elders with chronic cognitive disorder. Methods We selected 65 cases with chronic cognitive disorder and 130 controls for examining SCL-90 and investigated the influence factors. Results These genes in case group, the somatization and the depression and the anxiety and the psychoticism, were more than control group. The positive symptom distress was statistically significant difference between groups (P< 0.01).  The genes of the more than 60 years old public, the somatization and the depression, were higher than the standard of the public from 50 to 60 years old. The multifactor analysis suggested that the experience of bad life affair and physical healthy and economic status would affect the psychological healthy. Conclusions The public with cognitive disorder had bad psychological healthy. The experience of bad life affair was major factor for psychological healthy.更多还原
