两组人群艾滋病健康教育干预前后的认知分析

【摘要】 目的 研究宜昌市公共场所高危人群和宾馆服务人员AIDS健康教育干预方法和效果 ,为开展健康教育及干预措施提供科学依据。方法 选择公共场所高危人群和宾馆服务人员 ,进行系列的AIDS知识健康教育干预 ,干预前后分别进行AIDS知识问卷调查 ,对两组人群干预前后效果进行相关分析。结果 组内干预前后 ,对AIDS知识、传播途径的认识明显改进 ;组间在干预前后 ,对AIDS态度差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 对宜昌市两组人群AIDS健康教育效果显著。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the intervention methods and effects of AIDS Health Education for high risk population in public places and hotel attendants so as to provide a scientific basis for health education and other interventions development. Methods Highrisk population in public places and hotel attendants were selected to receive serial health education of AIDS. Questionnaires about AIDS knowledge were used before and after intervention to evaluate the correlated effects in the 2 groups. Results It was found that before and after health education,those who were intervened had obvious improvement in knowledge of AIDS and its routes of transmission. Between pre-and post-intervention in the intergroup test,there was a significant difference in attitude to AIDS(P<0.05). Conclusion Health education about AIDS for the two groups of people in Yichang city has achieved good results.
