高校创新人才培养体系研究
Thinking over constructing the training system for innovative personnel of higher learning
【摘要】 文章从创新人才培养的必要性与内在要求出发 ,借鉴经济学中自由竟争条件下的技术进步曲线 ,论述了高等教育机构培养创新人才所需要的基本环境 ,特别是自由的学术环境在此过程中所起到的根本性作用。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the author argues that it is necessary for the institutes which faces challenges to train innovative personnel and the environment of academic freedom plays the most important role in the process
