热处理对Gx180CrWV-20铸造合金高温磨损特性的影响
Effect of Heat Treatment on High Temperature Wear Resistance of Gx180CrWV-20 Casting Alloy
【摘要】 研究了Gx180CrWV 20铸造合金在不同热处理条件下组织结构和硬度的变化以及热处理温度和磨损试验温度对其高温磨损性能的影响。结果表明,1050℃淬火+480℃回火可使该合金在600℃以下的高温工况条件下具有较好的高温磨损特性。
【Abstract】 Transformation of the microstructure and the hardness of Gx180CrWV-20 casting alloys during different heat treatments were studied and analyzed. Effect of the temperatures of heat treatment and high temperature wear experiment on high temperature wear resistance was also investigated. The results showed that superior high temperature wear resistance of Gx180CrWV-20 casting alloys can be obtained by quenching at 1 050 ℃ and tempering at 480 ℃ for parts working at below 600 ℃.
