黄磷尾气碱洗——催化氧化净化

【摘要】 采用碱洗 催化氧化方法净化黄磷尾气,随着反应温度和氧体积分数增加可显著提高净化效果,确定反应温度110℃,氧体积分数1.5%为最佳工艺条件.净化后黄磷尾气中总磷质量浓度<10mg/m3,硫化氢质量浓度<10mg/m3,氟化氢质量浓度<5mg/m3,到生产一碳化工产品对原料气的要求。失效后的催化剂易于再生,催化剂经多次再生后催化性能良好。

【Abstract】 Caustic washing-catalytic oxidation was adopted to purify yellow phosphorus tail gas. The purification (efficiency) could be remarkably improved when the reaction temperature and oxygen volume fraction raised. When the yellow phosphorus tail gas was purified under optimum process conditions, i.e. reaction temperature 110 ℃ and oxygen volume fraction 1.5 %, the total phosphorus mass concentration was less than 10 mg/m~3, hydrogen (sulfide) mass concentration less than 10 mg/m~3 and hydrogen fluoride less than 5 mg/m~3, thus meeting the (requirement) on feedgas for producing C1 chemical (products.) Invalidated catalyst is apt to regenerate and the (catalyst′)s capability is fine after repeated regenerations.
