吡啶烷基化反应的活性研究
Study of the Alkylation of Pyridine
【摘要】 使用烷基锂,烷基镁格氏试剂和脂肪酸自由基3种方法制备烷基吡啶,研究发现,不同的试剂反应活性不同,所得的主产物为α 位取代,用烷基锂所得主产物的收率较好,具有重要的合成意义 产物结构经IR,1HNMR,13CNMR,MS证实
【Abstract】 Different reagents have been used in the preparation of α- alkylpyridine. The structure of the compounds was identified by IR,1HNMR,13CNMR,and MS.The result shows that the activation of the reagents is quite different:Lithium alkylide the most,magnesium(Mg) alkylide Grignard reagent the lowest and fatty acid free radical the medium ; the yield of Lithium alkylide gets to 67.1%( the highest of the three), so it can be of siginificant synthetic value.
